How We Use Data Data accessed through the Meta API is used exclusively to publish approved content to authorized Instagram and Facebook business accounts. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising or analytics purposes.

Who We Share Data With We do not share any data collected through this application with third parties. All automation is internal and operated by Nicole + James Co. LLC staff.

Data Retention We do not store Meta user data beyond what is necessary to complete a posting operation. No personal data is retained after the operation is complete.

If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your account or business that Nicole + James Co. LLC has accessed through Meta services, please contact us at team@nicolejames.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process all deletion requests within 30 days and confirm completion via email.

Acceptance By engaging Nicole + James Co. LLC for social media management services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Nicole + James Co. LLC provides automated social media content creation and publishing services for Instagram and Facebook business accounts. Services are delivered through proprietary automation tools and require authorization to access your business accounts via Meta's API.

Authorization By authorizing our application, you grant Nicole + James Co. LLC permission to publish content to your designated Instagram and Facebook accounts on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your Meta account settings or by contacting us at team@nicolejames.co.

Content All content published on your behalf will be approved through an agreed-upon review process. Nicole + James Co. LLC is not liable for content that has been approved by the client prior to publishing.

Limitation of Liability Nicole + James Co. LLC is not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, API downtime, or changes to Meta's platform policies that affect our ability to deliver services.

Termination Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all API access will be revoked and any stored credentials will be deleted.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
